A strategist who ships.

For 15 years I've worked at the intersection of corporate strategy and commercial execution — turning board-level ambition into roadmaps that ship, monetize, and scale. My career path is unusual on purpose: mechanical engineering by training, strategy consultant by craft, product and growth leader by choice.

I've launched MVPs at Zalando, redefined go-to-market for industrial leaders at Metalsa, advised Fortune-500 boards at Sintec, and most recently owned the product and commercial roadmap for BCG (Quantis)'s sustainability portfolio across Central Europe — generating ~€2M ARR with 110% YoY growth.

I concluded my chapter at Quantis in April 2026 — a deliberate decision to anchor in Barcelona, where the firm has no footprint. I'm now selectively choosing what comes next: senior product, strategy, or commercial leadership roles where I can compound 15 years of zero-to-one work.

What I care about: clarity, speed, and the ability to make ambiguous things concrete. I work best where strategy is fuzzy, stakes are high, and there's a cross-functional team waiting on a decision.
